Do I need something to attach it to?

No. We carry freestanding rigging poles for paddocks, lawns and beachfront sites with nothing to tie into. Tell us the site and we'll tell you the rigging plan before you book, not after.

What happens if it rains?

Nothing — every run we hire is IP65 rated and tested and tagged. Rain doesn't end the reception. Wind over a certain speed is the actual limit, and we'll flag that on the site visit if your venue is exposed.

How hire works

Delivery, install and packdown — every time, no exceptions

You send us your date, venue and rough guest count. We come back within 24 hours with a layout and a firm price, not a quote full of asterisks. On the day, our crew delivers, rigs and tests everything before your first guest arrives — then comes back after the event to pack it down. You never touch a ladder, a cable tie or a call to a sparky. If your venue has nothing to rig from, we bring freestanding poles; if it's a heritage building or a marquee with load limits, we already know how those work because we've hit that exact problem before.

Add-ons run from $145 (extended rental, dimmable controller) to $200 (raised beams with baseplate). Every price includes install and packdown — there's no separate labour line hiding at the bottom of the quote.
