Corporate & Galas

Lighting that makes your event look like the budget was bigger

Galas, awards nights, conferences and brand launches — designed, installed, operated and packed down by one crew with 10+ years in AV and events. Servicing Brisbane, the Gold Coast, Byron Bay and the Northern Rivers.

Galas & Awards

Uplighting in your brand colours

The fastest way to make a function room feel like your event — not the venue's — is colour. Our LED uplighting washes walls, columns and feature points in your exact brand palette, DMX-controlled so the room can shift from arrival cocktails to dinner service to award reveals without a single fixture being touched. We run this setup constantly for galas and awards nights in Brisbane CBD venues, Surfers Paradise hotels and function centres from Logan to Ipswich. Add table centrepiece lighting and a properly lit stage and the whole room photographs like a production, which is exactly what your sponsors and socials team want. See the full hire range for fixtures and feature pieces.

Stage & Conference

Stage wash, AV integration and 3D renders

Nothing undermines a keynote like a badly lit speaker. Our stage wash rigs light presenters properly — even, flattering, camera-ready — and integrate with your AV: vision switching, screens, audio and lighting run as one system instead of three suppliers pointing at each other. For larger productions we produce 3D stage renders during the design phase, so your leadership team signs off on exactly what the room will look like before a single case is loaded. It's part of the broader technical production service we've refined over 10+ years of conferences and product launches across South East Queensland. Every fixture is tested and tagged, and our crew handles all rigging and compliance paperwork your venue requires.

Brand Moments

Projection mapping and immersive activations

When the brief says "memorable", static lighting isn't enough. We build projection-mapped reveals, logo projection onto venue facades, and immersive walk-through moments powered by Resolume and TouchDesigner — the kind of activation that gets your event shared beyond the room. We've delivered these for product launches and end-of-year events from Brisbane to Byron Bay, handling content playback, mapping and live operation with our own technicians. Because the projection, lighting and audio cues all run from one desk, the reveal actually lands on time. If you're pitching something ambitious internally, send us the concept — we'll come back within 24 hours with what's feasible and what it costs.

One Crew, Zero Stress

Technicians, safety and compliance handled

Corporate events run on risk assessments and run sheets, and we're fluent in both. Every Lume Hire install is backed by our safety and compliance procedures: tested and tagged equipment, IP64 waterproof fixtures for outdoor components, rated rigging for working-at-heights installs, and documentation ready for your venue's operations team before bump-in. Need extra hands on the night? Our AV technician hire puts qualified operators on your lighting desk, vision switch or audio console. From a fifty-seat boardroom dinner in Ipswich to a five-hundred-seat gala on the Gold Coast, it's one supplier, one contact and one invoice — delivery, installation, operation and packdown included.
