Wedding Lighting

Stop stressing about wedding lighting

We deliver, install and pack down — so your festoon canopy, fairy lights and dance-floor glow just happen. Trusted by couples and planners across the Gold Coast, Byron Bay, Brisbane and the Northern Rivers for 10+ years.

Ceremony & Canopies

Fairy-light canopies and tree lighting

Nothing transforms an outdoor ceremony or cocktail hour like light overhead. Our fairy-light canopies and tree lighting are the signature look for Byron Hinterland properties, Kingscliff beachside lawns and Burleigh Heads park ceremonies — thousands of warm-white points woven through fig trees or rigged into a canopy above the aisle. Because our crew is trained for working at heights, we install into real trees and over real structures safely, with rated rigging and IP64 waterproof gear that shrugs off a coastal shower. Planners love us because the install happens before you arrive and the packdown happens after you leave. Compare canopy styles in our hire range or read the wedding lighting guide for ideas.

Reception Glow

Festoon, pendants and centrepiece lighting

Receptions live and die on atmosphere, and atmosphere is mostly lighting. Festoon strung over long tables, statement pendants and chandeliers above the bridal table, and table centrepiece lighting that makes every place setting glow — this is the layer that turns a marquee in Tweed Heads or a barn near Lismore into the venue from your Pinterest board. Everything is dimmable, so the room shifts naturally from bright canapés to intimate dinner without anyone touching a switch mid-speech. Our festoon lighting hire is the most-booked wedding package we run, and every string is tested and tagged before install. One quote covers delivery, installation and next-day packdown.

Dance Floor & Party

Uplighting and dance-floor moments

When the formalities end, the lighting should change gear. LED uplighting in your wedding palette washes the walls, marquee letters spell out your initials beside the dance floor, and DMX-controlled colour brings the energy up for the party — all cued by us, not left to a venue dimmer switch. For couples who want a genuine moment, we can programme a first-dance look that shifts the whole room the second the music starts. We run this setup everywhere from Surfers Paradise hotel ballrooms to private properties outside Ballina. It's the same professional-grade rig we use for corporate events, tuned for romance instead of keynotes.

How It Works

Delivered, installed and packed down anywhere in the region

Here's the whole process: you tell us the venue, the date and the look you're after — screenshots welcome — and we come back with a quote within 24 hours. We service the Gold Coast, Byron Bay, Brisbane and the Northern Rivers, including Surfers Paradise, Coolangatta, Logan, Ipswich, Tweed Heads, Kingscliff, Ballina and Lismore, plus the hinterland properties in between. On the day, our crew delivers and installs while you're at hair and makeup, and after the event we pack everything down — usually the next morning so nobody's pulling cables at midnight. Ten-plus years of weddings means we've already lit most venues in the region. Tell us about yours.
