Do you supply the lighting as well as the design?

Yes — we're a full-service hire company, so the design, gear, delivery, install, operation and packdown all come from one crew. No coordinating three suppliers.

Can we see the design before the event?

Absolutely. Every design includes a plot and colour scheme, and for larger events we can produce photorealistic 3D renders of your venue so you're signing off on exactly what you'll see.

How far ahead should we book?

Four to eight weeks is comfortable for most events; peak wedding and festival season books out earlier. Short-notice jobs are often possible — ask and we'll tell you straight.

Good lighting design starts long before a fixture leaves the warehouse. We take your venue plans, run sheet and references, then translate them into a proper design: fixture selection, colour palette, beam angles, rigging positions and a cue structure that follows the arc of your night. Whether it's a wedding reception that needs to shift from golden-hour warmth into dance-floor energy, or a corporate awards night with brand colours locked to the millimetre, the design comes first and the gear list falls out of it. Ten-plus years across AV and events means we know what actually reads in a room versus what only looks good on paper — and if you want to see it before committing, our custom 3D stage renders show the design photorealistically.

How it works

Site visit, design, install, operate

Every design job follows the same rhythm. We start with a site visit or venue plans to map power, rigging points and sightlines. Then we produce the design — a plot, colour scheme and equipment schedule you can actually read. On the day, our crew delivers, installs and focuses everything, tests the full rig, and either hands over simple controls or stays to operate. All our gear is IP64-rated where it lives outdoors, and every fixture is tested and tagged before it goes on a truck. For events that need live operation, we pair the design with a DMX lighting operator so cues land exactly where the run sheet says they should.
