Creative Installations

Light as the artwork, not just the atmosphere

Projection mapping, immersive experiences and architectural lighting — designed and built by a team with 10+ years in AV and events, for brands, councils, artists and venues across the Gold Coast, Byron Bay, Brisbane and the Northern Rivers.

Projection Mapping

Turn buildings and sets into moving canvases

Projection mapping wraps video content around real-world surfaces — a heritage facade in Brisbane, a marquee ceiling in the Byron Hinterland, a custom-built set piece at a product launch — so the structure itself appears to move, break apart and transform. We handle the full pipeline: surface surveying, content mapping, projector placement and blending, and live playback through Resolume on the night. Because we also run the lighting and AV around the projection, the mapped content and the physical lighting are cued together rather than fighting each other. It's a genuine crowd-stopper for laneway activations, council light events and gala reveals, and our projector hire scales from a single surface to full multi-projector blends.

Immersive Experiences

Walk-through worlds built with light and interaction

Immersive experiences are where our creative and technical sides fully overlap. Using TouchDesigner, DMX-controlled fixtures, projection and audio, we build environments people move through — reactive corridors, glowing garden trails, interactive brand spaces that respond to the crowd. These installations have run at festivals, venue launches and activations from the Gold Coast to Lismore, and each one is designed around your space, story and audience rather than pulled from a catalogue. Every component is IP64 rated where it lives outdoors and tested and tagged before install, because an immersive piece that trips a breaker mid-opening isn't very immersive. If you can describe the feeling you want people to walk away with, we can quote the build within 24 hours.

Architectural Lighting

Facades, structures and long-run feature lighting

Some lighting jobs aren't events at all — they're places. Our architectural lighting service illuminates building facades, bridges, trees and outdoor structures for councils, venues and hospitality precincts across the Gold Coast, Northern Rivers and Brisbane. We design for how the structure reads at night: grazing light up textured brick, colour-washing a venue frontage in Coolangatta, or permanent-style festoon and tree lighting for a Kingscliff dining precinct that needs to feel alive every evening, not just event nights. Installs are handled by our working-at-heights crew with rated rigging and weatherproof IP64 fixtures built for months outdoors, not hours. For softer, event-scale versions of this look, our festoon lighting hire is the natural starting point.

Custom Builds

From concept sketch to opening night

The best installations start as a rough idea — a sketch, a mood board, a "could we make the whole ceiling ripple?" Our process takes that spark through concept design, 3D renders and technical planning to a built, tested, operating installation. Ten-plus years in AV and events means we know what survives contact with real venues, real weather and real crowds, and we'll tell you honestly where the budget is best spent. We've built custom pieces for weddings that wanted something nobody had seen, brands chasing a viral moment, and artists who needed a technical partner to realise a work. Whatever the canvas — building, paddock, ballroom or beachfront — bring us the idea and we'll engineer the light.
