How far in advance do you need the building or site details?

For a facade or architectural map, at least 3-4 weeks — we need site measurements and reference photos to build an accurate model before content production starts. For a simpler stage or marquee surface, 2 weeks is workable.

How a project runs

Site model first, content second, hardware last

We start with your surface — a facade, a stage set, an installation — and build an accurate 3D model from site measurements and photos. Content gets built or adapted against that model, and we render a full preview so you see the mapped result before a projector is booked. Hardware and rigging get specced last, against the real brightness and throw distance the site needs — not a generic package that happens to have a projector in it.

On the night

A pre-programmed show still needs someone watching it — for weather, for timing changes, for the one cue that needs to shift live because the MC ran long.
