Do you work in Brisbane's major convention and hotel venues?

Regularly — South Bank's convention floors, the riverside precinct venues and the major hotel ballrooms are all familiar ground, including their induction and dock procedures.

Can you light an EOFY or Christmas party?

It's a core part of our Brisbane calendar. Warm festoon, coloured uplighting and dance floor scenes turn a standard venue booking into the party people actually talk about — and book fast for November and December.

Do you service corporate events outside the CBD?

Yes — Samford Valley, Mount Cotton, Logan, Ipswich and acreage offsites are all in range. Off-grid sites are fine; we spec generator capacity as part of the quote.

What compliance documentation do you supply?

Test-and-tag records, public liability certificates, SWMS and rigging plans — sent to your venue or event manager as standard before bump-in, not on request.

How much does Brisbane corporate event lighting cost?

Uplighting-led function designs start around $1,000; programmed galas and full productions typically run $2,500 to $7,000. Every quote includes delivery, install and packdown, within 24 hours.

Corporate event lighting across Brisbane

South Bank convention floors, riverside precinct venues, Fortitude Valley warehouses and everything between — professional lighting delivered, installed and packed out on schedule.

The city

Brisbane's corporate calendar runs on reliable suppliers

Brisbane's corporate events scene has matured fast — the South Bank convention precinct anchors the conference calendar, the riverside venues under the Story Bridge have become the city's gala and launch circuit, and Fortitude Valley's warehouse spaces host the brand activations and end-of-year parties that want edge over ballroom. We've lit across all of it for more than ten years. What Brisbane's venue managers care about, rightly, is process: inductions done before the dock opens, test-and-tag records and insurance certificates supplied unprompted, rigs installed inside the window and packed out before the deadline. That's our default operating mode, and it's why event agencies here rebook us. The looks themselves — from boardroom-polished to full production — live in our corporate lighting range.

Venue spectrum

Convention floors to warehouse takeovers

Brisbane's venue spectrum is wider than any city we service, and each end takes different lighting thinking. Convention and hotel ballrooms come with infrastructure but need transformation — deep uplighting and programmed scenes to shake the everyday-function look for a gala or awards night. Warehouse and industrial venues around the Valley and Newstead are the opposite: raw character, zero infrastructure, and we bring the whole rig from ambient layers to power distribution. Between them sit the rooftops, riverside terraces and heritage halls where warm festoon earns its keep at EOFY functions and Christmas parties. One crew covers the lot, and the same team services the Gold Coast and Northern Rivers when your events move around the region.

The offsites

When Brisbane corporates leave the CBD

Half of Brisbane's best corporate events don't happen in the CBD at all — team offsites in the Samford Valley, client days at the Mount Cotton wineries, and company celebrations on acreage properties across Logan and Ipswich where a marquee becomes the venue. These events lean on lighting harder than any city function because our install is often the only light on site once the sun drops. All our gear is IP64 weather-rated and tested and tagged, we spec generators for off-grid sites properly, and the same compliance paperwork that satisfies a convention centre goes to your people and culture team without being chased. Send your venue — or your paddock — and date through the contact page, and you'll have a quote within 24 hours.
