Marquee weddings run on a build schedule — marquee up, flooring in, furniture placed, styling last — and lighting has to slot in at the right moment. We coordinate directly with your marquee company and planner so our install lands after the structure is certified but before the stylist needs the room, which usually means the day before your wedding. Everything is rigged, tested and dimmed to your brief before we leave, and packdown is scheduled with the marquee pull-down, typically the following Monday. Gold Coast sites carry no travel loading, and quotes come back within 24 hours with delivery, install and packdown included.
