We rig for it — tensioned catenary wire, rated anchors and weighted bases handle the headland breeze. All fixtures are IP64 waterproof and tested and tagged.

When do you install and pack down?

From riverfront venues to Alstonville acreage

Ballina weddings split roughly into two camps, and we design differently for each. Venue weddings — surf clubs, riverfront function rooms, restaurants around the marina — usually want uplighting to transform the room plus a festoon or fairy-light feature over an outdoor terrace. Private-property weddings through Alstonville, Wardell, Tintenbar and Newrybar are full site builds: a festoon canopy over the marquee or lawn, a dense fairy light canopy above the dance floor, path lighting so guests find their way back from the paddock car park, and uplighting on the venue's best trees. We scout private sites from your photos or in person, and every layout is designed for your block, not copied from the last one. The product range shows everything available to layer in.

Ballina and Lennox Head sit inside our standard Northern Rivers service area — the same run that covers Byron Bay — so travel is built into one firm quote up front, with delivery, installation and packdown always included. We install before your guests arrive, test and dim everything to suit the evening, and schedule packdown around your venue or property's needs, usually the next morning for private blocks. Northern Rivers weather can turn quickly; our gear is waterproof and our crew plans install timing around the radar rather than leaving you to worry.
