Most designs combine an overhead layer (festoon or fairy canopy), wall or perimeter uplighting, and dimming control across the lot. We design to your room and budget rather than pushing a fixed kit.

Yes — that's the point. We set the rig up with dimming scenes for dinner, speeches and dancing, triggered on cue by your coordinator or pre-programmed to the run sheet.

Very often, yes. Strong warm uplighting and a bright overhead layer can visually overpower cold house lights, and most venues will also let us switch off or dim the worst offenders once our rig is in.

Usually the day before, occasionally the morning of, depending on venue access. Either way the rig is fully installed and lit-tested well before your guests arrive, and packdown happens after the weekend.

Single-layer designs start around $600 to $900; layered looks with canopy, festoon and uplighting typically run $1,500 to $3,000 including delivery, install and packdown. Quotes come back within 24 hours.
