Do you really travel to the Sunshine Coast?

Yes — Caloundra, Mooloolaba, Maroochydore, Coolum, Noosa and the Maleny–Montville hinterland are all serviced. Travel is quoted up front in one firm price, so there are no surprises.

Do the uplights need power points?

No — our fixtures are battery-powered and wireless, running a full event on one charge. That makes them ideal for hinterland barns and beachfront venues where power is scarce.

Can you match my wedding colours?

Exactly, not approximately. Send us your palette or a swatch and we'll program the fixtures to match, then fine-tune on site during installation.

How many uplights does my venue need?

As a rough guide, one fixture every 2–3 metres of wall gives an even wash. Tell us your venue and guest count and we'll recommend an exact number with your 24-hour quote.

Uplighting — Sunshine Coast

LED uplighting hire on the Sunshine Coast

Battery-powered LED uplights colour-matched to your event and installed anywhere from Caloundra to Noosa — hinterland barns, beach clubs and everything between.

Why uplighting

The fastest way to transform a Sunshine Coast venue

Uplighting is the highest-impact, lowest-fuss lighting you can add to an event. A ring of LED uplights washes walls, columns and greenery in colour, instantly lifting a plain function room or making a hinterland barn glow from within. Our fixtures are battery-powered and wireless, which matters on the Sunshine Coast where so many venues — Maleny and Montville barns, Noosa beachfront decks, private acreage at Yandina and Eumundi — have limited power where you actually want the light. We colour-match to your palette exactly, not "close enough", and set every fixture in place ourselves so the wash is even and the fittings stay out of sightlines. See the full spec on our LED uplighting page.

Coast & hinterland

Caloundra to Noosa, and up into the hinterland

We service the whole Sunshine Coast region: beachfront venues at Mooloolaba, Coolum and Noosa, function centres around Maroochydore and Caloundra, and the hinterland wedding belt through Maleny, Montville and Flaxton. The hinterland is where uplighting really earns its keep — timber barns and raw-brick pavilions soak up warm amber beautifully, and battery fixtures mean no cables taped across a heritage floor. For weddings we'll typically pair uplighting with festoon or a fairy light canopy so the room has depth rather than a single flat look; our wedding lighting page shows how those layers work together. Every fixture is IP-rated for outdoor use, tested and tagged, and positioned by our crew rather than left in a box for you to figure out.

Booking from afar

One trip, one quote, everything handled

We're based on the Gold Coast, so Sunshine Coast jobs are planned as a single tight run: we quote with travel included up front — no surprises later — deliver and install inside an agreed window, and pack down after your event. Uplighting travels well, which keeps the travel component modest even for Noosa and hinterland dates. Send your venue, date and colour palette through the contact page and you'll have a firm quote within 24 hours, including a fixture count recommendation based on your room size. If you're building a bigger look, browse the full product range — combining uplighting with festoon or canopies in one delivery is the most cost-effective way to do it.
