How much does pendant light hire cost?

Pendant installations start from $350 including delivery, rigging and packdown. Pricing scales with the number of fixtures and rigging complexity — send us your floor plan and we'll quote within 24 hours.

Can pendants be installed in a marquee?

Yes — marquees are the most common home for our pendants. We rig from the frame using rated hardware and coordinate with your marquee supplier on load points, so there's no guesswork on the day.

What pendant styles do you carry?

Rattan and woven shades for coastal and boho styling, clear and smoked glass globes for modern looks, and black industrial fittings for warehouse venues. Tell us your styling direction and we'll recommend the right fixtures.

What if my table layout changes after I book?

Layouts shift — it happens. Let us know before install day and we'll adjust fixture positions to your final floor plan. Small repositions on the day are usually fine too.

Can I choose different pendant styles?

Yes, we can create mixed pendant installations for eclectic designs.

What ceiling height is required?

Minimum 3m for standard installations, 4m+ recommended for dramatic effect.

Pendant Lighting

Feature pendants that hang your event together

Rattan, glass and industrial pendants rigged above long tables, bars and lounges. A designer look for marquees and venues, fully installed by our crew.

The look

Interior-designer polish for event spaces

Pendant lighting is how you make a hired marquee feel like a styled interior. A row of rattan pendants above a long feast table, oversized woven shades over the bar, or clusters of glass globes above the lounge area — pendants pull the eye down to human height and make big open spaces feel intimate. We carry a curated range of pendant styles, from coastal rattan and boho weave to clean glass and industrial black, so the fixtures match your styling rather than fighting it. Pendants sit beautifully under a fairy light canopy, giving you a layered ceiling with both sparkle and structure.

Rigged right

Hung level, cabled invisibly, weighted safely

A pendant install lives or dies on the rigging. Every fixture has to hang dead level at the right height above the table, cabling has to disappear, and everything must be secured to marquee frames or venue points that can genuinely take the load. Our crew has rigged pendants in marquees, tipis, barns and heritage venues for over a decade — we know the load ratings, we bring the right hardware, and every fitting is tested and tagged. Pendant installations start from $350 including delivery, install and packdown, scaling with fixture count and rigging complexity. For wedding receptions we'll often combine pendants with festoon and uplighting into one design — see our wedding lighting for the full picture.

Practical

Designed around your floor plan, not the other way round

Pendants are positional — they only work when they land exactly over the tables, bar or dance floor they're meant to crown. That's why every pendant quote starts with your floor plan: send us your table layout and marquee or venue dimensions, and we'll map fixture positions, drop heights and power runs before you commit. We install across the Gold Coast, Brisbane, Byron Bay and the Northern Rivers, and we coordinate directly with your marquee company or venue so rigging day runs smoothly. Quotes come back within 24 hours — start with your layout via the contact page, or browse the wider product range to build a complete look.
