If your event straddles the border, or your venue is in Tweed Heads while your accommodation is in Cooly, one call covers it; we hold the compliance for QLD and NSW work, and all gear is tested and tagged to standard either way. Worth remembering for summer bookings: NSW runs daylight saving and Queensland doesn't, so a border-town event can have two clocks in play — we schedule installs and packdowns explicitly to avoid the classic one-hour mix-up.
